Chef Niki recently catered a family wedding. We traveled from NYC to attend. Chef Niki and her super friendly staff catered the outdoor event and everything they served was delicious - served hot and tasty. Chef Niki is a gem. She leads a team of people who are happy to help people enjoy a wonderful day. They were a big part of the success of this wonderful wedding event. I understand that many of the dishes they served were taken from family recipes.
Everything was perfect. We especially thought the roast chicken was some of the best we ever tasted. This was very tender, moist, and extremely flavorful. Chicken that really melts in your mouth! Richmond & Virginia should count its blessings and visit her "mobile kitchen".
