1) Payment Due Dates
All invoice payments are due on the date(s) listed on the client’s invoice and/or event agreement. Payment deadlines are not flexible unless Mobile Yum Yum provides written approval in advance.
2) Late Payment Fee (20%)
If any balance is not paid by the due date, a late payment fee of 20% of the outstanding amount owed will be added to the account.
Example: If a client still owes $500 after the due date, the late fee is $100, and the new balance becomes $600.
3) Continued Non-Payment
If payment is not received after it becomes late:
Mobile Yum Yum may pause work, stop ordering supplies, or halt event preparations until the account is brought current.
Mobile Yum Yum may cancel services for the event if payment is not received by the final deadline mentioned below.
4) Final Payment Deadline
For weddings and events, the full remaining balance must be paid no later than [14] days before the event date.
If the balance is not paid by that deadline, Mobile Yum Yum reserves the right to cancel services, and any deposits or prior payments will be handled according to the cancellation policy.
5) Payment Method & Processing
Payments must be made using the approved methods listed on the invoice (CashApp, Zelle, card, etc.). Any processing fees charged by payment platforms may be the client’s responsibility where applicable.
No Checks, unless it is an Cashiers Check issued to Mobile Yum Yum.
6) Professional Boundary Statement
Mobile Yum Yum values relationships and community; however, all clients are required to follow the same payment policy. Personal relationships do not change business terms. This policy exists to ensure fairness, timely preparation, and quality service for every event.
